Shifting Skies Games was founded in early Spring 2006 after Boyan settled in Tucson, Arizona with his lovely wife Kasey and their first-born son Maverick. When not gaming, Boyan can be found teaching psychology at the local community college or working as a real estate appraiser in the metro area.

Mavs joined the team in late Winter 2005 to lend the project a sense of dignity and financial guidance that only a Welsh Corgi can bring. Retailers and distributers alike respond positively to his commanding presence and confident speaking style. When not defending the corporate grounds from ninja attacks, Maverick enjoys taking long hikes and spending time with his family.
